Located within the historic Grand Hotel in Auckland, The International embodies the concept of luxury living in the city center. It was a great opportunity to expand the contract business in New Zealand and bring high-end design into a brand-new context. Arclinea furnished some of the best pieces from its collections to outfit the residential units.  

The International occupies a 2,500m2 site located on the ridge-top of 9 Princess Street overlooking the surrounding cityscape and harbour. 

This residential property is a high-end conversion of an existing office tower into a mixed-use development with ground level retail/food and beverage and residential units above. The project consists of 81 one, two and three bedroom units and 8 penthouse units fitted out with Arclinea Kitchens and Scullery, 125 car parks and various onsite amenities of which include a pool, gym, cafe and residents lounge, library, cinema, wine cellar and private dining room, beauty salon and retail space.
